I'm confused as to how the project is finished off. Are you just binding off the end of the pattern, or are you placing the separated stitches on the needles and binding them together? By weaving together, are you 'sewing' the separated stitches together?
Thank you for your help! Megan
Don't worry, Mary, it's really easy.
You knit st1, slip st2 purl-wise with the yarn in front, then knit st3, etc.
So every odd-number stitch is knit
and every even0numbered stitch is slipped purl-wise wyf. Do this for every row of stockinette.
I'm confused about the ribbing on this: k1, bring yarn to front, slip st purl wise, purl 1, Then it says slip sts purl wise, What stitches do I slip purlwise? The next two stitches? Sorry to be dense- I'm not a really experienced knitter. Thanks Mary
